Back Street Wall Art

Seen yesterday in Blackpool and retaken for today.(In bed with sore throat ) Too much copying sea gulls maybe.
Blackpool is being improved but around the back streets behind the tower there are lots of places needing attention. Walking around such areas I saw several pieces of wall art The sad part being few will  see unless they wear thick boots and watch where they walk. This is rather strange but effective ..
