Still life with drama

Bit of fun with the high resolution mode on the Olympus. This is a really impressive feature; the camera takes 8 images in rapid succession, moving the 16 Mpixel sensor around a little between shots, and the result is a 40 Mpixel image. The increased detail is really obvious compared with the normal result. But I thought the image deserved a bit of drama, so I added some tone, bleach bypass and a vignette. Great art it is not, but it was great fun.
