Hornets... back blip

over the front door. This is the start of a paper wasp hornet) nest. We had to remove it as they were building right over the front door and they are aggressive. They used to build on the outside barn window. That was fine and really cool because I could climb to the top of our ladder and see everything going on inside the nest. Then they moved up to the house, first on the upstairs bedroom window, they would hit the window trying to get to us. then the eve of the house. We allowed them to stay in both places. Now the front door...they had to go.
