Crostini
This was the first day in the kitchen with the new students. The student who made these didn't do hospitality before so had never been in a kitchen before. I was very impressed by him. Actually, I'm impressed by all my students. They are very keen and eager to learn. I have promised to teach them well up and above the minimum requirements to achieve their diploma and they are so receptive. Lots of good chefs in the making!
