Which indeed they are because I am about to start cooking dinner and these will be part of it.
Cathleen's poly tunnel has now come into its own and amongst the plentiful produce is a good supply of nasturtium and borage flowers.
The former are a particular favourite of mine and have a wonderfully delicate but very peppery taste.
(Added later - an extra photo of the finished dish ; warm salad of liver and mushrooms with a balsamic dressing )
