Acer

The purpose of my blip tonight is really to ask HELP of anyone who knows anything about psoriasis.   I had a flare up starting about a week ago, and am doing everything I know about to clear it up before I go on holiday next week.   In extra there is a photo of my hand.   My feet are worse and the skin is literally flaking off my toes in strips.   I have been on various websites and have had the condition for many years.   Dermatologists I have seen in the past have not helped.   A different type of this skin disease has attacked my body, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
