Sea Eagles

A trip in a small fishing boat gave the chance to watch sea eagles retrieving fish from the fjord. They were attracted by a flock of gulls (see extra)  being fed from the boat and lured closer with the possibility of a free lunch ( whole fish thrown into water). Their flight so fast and powerful hard to capture. Then returned to Solvoear on the Lofoten Islands.
Dandelions are loved and grow freely here. Their petals are collected and used to make a special syrup which is very tasty.
