Batman - Beetle

A new strange creature in our garden. I would call him "Batman-Beetle" because of the signs on his back.
But he is called Trichodes apiarius or in German " Bee wolf"
He is chasing smal insects and eats pollen.
In the  first extra you can see a smal black fly that wasn't carefully enough.
In the second extra the bee wolf beetle is eating the fly. I have to admit that I had no idea, what was going on. I wondered about the strange behaviour of the strange beetle.

One of these days, fabulous weather, but I stick at home unable to do the things I want to do, that causes some bad humour. Tomorrow better....
