Small Flower

The first walk for physio and not to see a doctor or pharmacist, outside to the local park. Its quite tiring, so not too far. On the plus side, I'm also not on so many strong painkillers. The negative is that getting home and after  coffee, I'm not wanting to get off the sofa.
