Effort

A small one.

I actually parked my bike and then crossed the road on foot to take this picture on the coast today. A ride that was rather unchallenging, a straight run out to Gosford House and back - still, spin the legs a bit, fresh air, etc.

Then saw one girl do sports day at her school and then in the evening watched another girl perform some drama at her school. It's that time of year.
