Wednesday: Mysterious Neighbours

This house, next door to us, was on the market when we first arrived and was soon sold.  Since then, we haven't seen a soul in it, or seen any sign of activity.  It's all rather mysterious.......

In an attempt to show K. how bendy bamboo is, I have snapped one of our rather splendid 12 ft tall bamboo plants.  I am feeling rather guilty - it is a living object after all.......
