I love this advert for grate polish. I remember my Mum using it on our grate when I was a child. I wondered why she bothered as it would get dirty again as soon as the next fire was lit. I guess she did it for the same reason she scrubbed the front steps - pride. A Londoner's pride. London I am proud of you today and every day.
