Chillington Trees

It was rather strange driving towards my former offices this afternoon.  I turned off before I reached them, I was playing badminton in the adjacent leisure centre.  Still, it took me past some well used photographic locations and I stopped off at Chillington Hall in search of an image.

This is a little different for me.  An infra red image, for sure, but I rarely apply a fade vignette.  It happened by chance while processing, but I liked the effect - highlighting as it does the lovely group of trees at the entrance to the hall.  Surprisingly, the gate in front of the house was open, only the second time I have ever seen it in this way.
