A sneaky shot in me and dads regular Thursday night hangout, which apparently has the same birthday as me. Spent some of the afternoon in a meeting and some helping the "plumber" aka Dad to try and fix the leaking washing machine. In the morning I was volunteering at the BHF shop - a 90 year old woman knocked over the shelf that holds all the glass donations. There was the loudest crash and the poor woman got the fright of her life and broke down in tears because she felt so bad about it. TODAY:
I am grateful for - the soothing yoga class with Maureen

Something to smile about - a surprise parcel from Jim Landon with his CD that he had posted all the way from France
I am proud because - I went to a therapy session by myself and managed to stand up for myself
I heard - the early morning birds
I saw - a colourful poster in the hug and pint
I smelt - the tang of pickled cucumber
I felt - the pinpricks of droplets of sudden torrential rain seconds after the heat of the sunshine
