Misty

Morning in the charity shop again. Had a wonderful conversation with an elderly lady about her bingo night. Bumped into Sue the Alexander technique (again). Apparently the universe is determined for me to learn from her because when I don't go to lessons we always walk into each other. Met up with Lois and Misty - the sausage dog she is babysitting, who is extremely scared and timid but also extremely sweet.
TODAY:
I am grateful for - the roof over my head ( I appreciated electricity this morning when I woke up to a powerless flat and realised how lucky I am not to have to worry about municipal things such as running water and light)
Motivation/inspiration - There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle' Einstein.
I am proud because - I challenged myself
Reason to Smile - friendly customers in the shop
Positive achievement - stopped to talk to Eddie in the street
I am proud because - I went to a therapy session by myself and managed to stand up for myself
I heard - music drifting from the bandstand
I saw - lots of smiling strangers
I smelt - annemaries airfrehsner spray
I felt - the nice stretch in my muscles after last nights yoga class
