Spot the walkers

An amazingly hot sunny day, the courgettes and a line of cabbages were planted on the allotment first thing.  All from others who didn't want to throw them out.  

A stroll along the beach before lunch when this shot was taken.  I was surprised to see such a large number of walkers heading for Sidmouth on the opposite bank of the river.  They are just visible between the trees. Lots of activity on the beach, umbrellas out, cafe's busy, people swimming and ice creams being consumed.   

A lazy afternoon and maybe an evening stroll in the cooler air.

It seems so sad to be enjoying a summers day when so many have suffered and are still suffering after the tower block fire in London.  Lets hope this marks the beginning of change in many things.
