Work experience

Campbell's hoping to go into the film and tv industry. He's going to spend the next year getting work experience, visiting film festivals, doing some short courses and generally finding out as much as he can about the industry and then probably apply for college courses next year.

He was over the moon when he got a call from a local filmmaker to offer him some work experience as second camera covering the St Magnus festival parade this evening.

The parade was great with a giant puppet of St Magnus following dancing school kids , flag waving parents and teachers and the pipe band through the town to the harbour.

I took lots of pics of it all, especially the giant puppet, but when I manage to catch the 2nd cameraman dashing through the crowd to get his next posotion then there was no competition for my blip.
