FriYay!

A friend text me a couple of days ago and asked if I had much on for Friday. We ended up making plans that involved picking up katie from school and heading off for ice cream in the glorious sun before a walk along the river by the pastures. It was wonderful! We even saw a kestrel that circled round over head before landing quite close for a while. We saw a huge collection of horses with lots of foals. It was a lovely hour or so to start the weekend. The ice cream is delicious too- and comes in monkey cones for kids!
