Little Moreton Hall
We went for a fairly local walk this morning. We started in Astbury near Congleton in Cheshire. It took us along the Macclesfield Canal for a short stretch and we also passed by this National Trust property. It was built for a local landowner, William Moreton, in the early 1500s. It's a really crooked house with a top heavy appearance. I've added an extra of the whole building.
It was a little too hot for me and I've been very lethargic and sleepy all afternoon. The temperature suits my other half perfectly! We are chalk and cheese with regard to temperature.
