May peace prevail on earth

This afternoon was the 19th World Peace Festival at Allanton Sanctuary, near Auldgirth, and I was tasked with taking the photographs. Fortunately the sun shone all afternoon, and everyone had a wonderful time. There were so many interesting activities, plus live music, a Fairtrade cafe and a very popular ice cream stall. At 4pm the flag ceremony took place, accompanied by the Cairn Chorus transformed for the occasion into the Peace Choir. The flag of every country in the world was presented, with the words "May Peace Prevail in (that country), may peace prevail on earth". Then all the flags were carried down to the peace henge (see Thursday's blip).

Just out of interest, do you know which country has the flag with the parrot on it? It's Dominica. Here, from Wiki:

"The flag, adopted in 1978, features the national bird emblem, the sisserou parrot, which also appears on the coat of arms granted on 21 July 1961. This parrot, endemic to Dominica, is an endangered species with a population of only 250–350 individuals.[2]
The green field represents the lush vegetation of the island. The cross represents the Trinity and Christianity, with its three colours symbolising the native Indians, the fertile soil, and the pure water. The 10 green five-pointed stars stand for the country's 10 parishes: (St. AndrewSt. DavidSt. GeorgeSt. JohnSt. JosephSt. LukeSt. MarkSt. PatrickSt. Paul, and St. Peter), while the red disc stands for social justice.
The sisserou parrot is sometimes coloured either blue or purple (the parrot's actual colour). The use of purplemakes the flag of Dominica one of only two flags of sovereign states (alongside the flag of Nicaragua) to contain the colour."
