a very quick blip tonight.

The little boy was here for the day today & it was so hot we didn't go.outside, instead we stayed in the kitchen with the fan full on. The temperature out there was over 30 Deg C

Leg is feeling easier but the tramadol is possibly masking the pain. I will take another two tonight then tomorrow I will go back on paracetamol...I'll know then ...

Very dozy now so..night night - I'll be back "with it" tomorrow !
