Red in gold
It was either 6 year olds throwing plastic javelins (granddaughter's school sports) or this abstract image today ... so here is a shot of a lone red poppy in a sea of yellow thingmies in an intentionally wild section of garden in Edinburgh's Royal Botanical Garden.
As I took the photo, the wind blew the golden flower into a great rippling wave heading toward me, almost throwing me off balance.
