Tabula Rasa

Today marked the end of a long road. Eleven years as the Library Teacher. It struck me today as I looked around the library how much I will miss it, and how much work I have invested in it. But it is time for a fresh start and a new challenge as when I return to work I will be the full-time Year Four class teacher instead, as I have been for the past four years, the co-teacher. 

Today, one of the departing Year Four pupils gave me this lovely personalised pen. A few days ago I bought this diary. 

An exciting fresh start. I wonder what words I will write.
