TT108 Small Heath Butterfly
it was so hot last night I got up at half past five. Opened the windows and the conservatory and let the lovely cool air in. As I opened the conservatory door this moth fluttered between the panes. Opened them and untrapped him and grabbed the camera. Trying to identify him found out that he is a small heath. He madea great blip with his reflection against the glass.
Thanks to Isbi for hosting this challenge - I didn't think to would be able to get the fauna bit
KG went off to table tennis for a while (stupid man in this heat) and then we went to Quedgely and got some more fabricand called in at a fish and chip shop where they do lovely fresh cooked chips and cod and chips for KG and chips for me. Then on to Blooms and got a couple of pyracanthas to block an open gap in the fencing.. Home and a look at the spoils KG manages to get into a bag of bits for £10.00 Some interesting patterns so lore for me to do.
It has been very hot today and all the glass baubles on my Galileo Thermometer have gone down - they have never done that before!!
