5.30 am

Another hot night though I slept slightly better.  Woke up about 4.30 and couldn't get back to sleep so got up around fivish and opened the doors.  After having done the usual unloading the dishwasher etc lark I went into the conservatory and was taken with all the vapour trails.  We went to Costco this morning with A and G - it was nice and cool in there. 
Afternoon spent doing as little as possible and as I am writing this it is still very hot   8.00 pm.
