Bat o'clock

A bit of an emergency blip.

The problem with moving towards sorting the garden out, is that in this sort of weather you seem to end up spending half the evening wandering around with a watering can.

But that does mean that we have been noticing distant bats. I think from the height they are flying and their speed they must be noctules. We are definitely bat fans.

Our single foxglove is looking well. My favourite summer flower.
