Pommes Boulangère

Classic French recipe, very tasty, reasonably photogenic and a better blip than anything else I've taken today. Drab skies so I went for a brief walk and spent more time reading and getting some stuff ready for Tuesday; that's when the university opens the doors to the next cohort of students taking TU100 (My Digital Life).
