Help, Get Me Out of Here!

Our arborist/friend gave me these pieces of laburnum (also known as Golden Chain or Golden Rain) from a tree that he was asked to remove. He told me that it is classed as a a non-native invasive species here. He didn't know that it is toxic. No worries -- I have a good dust extraction system, and always wear a respirator when machining any kind of wood. 

I see some kind of creature trying to escape from the smaller piece -- perhaps a seal!
