BBQ Time

With unexpected glorious June summer weather, what better than a barbecue?
Somehow, a steak has a different flavour and I think more tasty when cooked in the open over charcoal.
Oh yes, we have one of those flashy gas barbecues, but buying a new gas canister and setting it up seemed to take all the joy out of cooking over charcoal. So today I plumped for a £2.50 individual BBQ charcoal filled trays from the local Co-op!
Half an hour later my steak was sizzling away and the aroma was irresistible!
The sun was still shining too. Absolute bliss!
