Up early and took the dog out for a long walk, too early for any company. Juno had to put up with only me.

The girls had a training session today, we worked on movement off the ball, it was a good session.

Eco mum and daughter headed out to meet some pals, eco son was working.

I was instructed to tidy up the garden, just like this I could not focus.
