Flower Friday about Courage

This is a very special FF post to me. It's been 75 years, this month, last Sunday June 18th, to be concrete; when all the parachutists involved in a very important operation called Anthropoid were forced to finish their lives is a crypt of St Cyril and Methodius Cathedral in Prague. Yesterday we visited that crypt and paid respect to these men, soldiers, assassins, but mainly heroes. I felt proud, moved and humbled standing there in the crypt among all the flowers, wreaths, and powerful thank you messages to the heroes.

Interestingly, I'm also proud to be living in a street which is named after one of these brave men and in the city they had chosen as their base.
