Man cave.

ZQ sleeps with his bedroom door open, but he keeps it closed if he is in there otherwise. Noo generally leaves him alone, but I tend to harass him - I like to know what he's doing. He certainly doesn't spend much time tidying up!

Heathfield 10k today - I didn't run as I have a dodgy right knee. I did do post race massages, however, and was asked to do 2 more races. Next week I could be massaging the legs of Dame Kelly, but I'm told I'll have to fight the other massage therapists for the privilege. Watch this space!
