Family Treasure Hunt

Today was the first school fund raising event of the year, a treasure hunt around Hitchin. We were lucky with the weather and had a good time. We were however at a distinct disadvantage for the tiebreak question of how many names of staff at school are on the war memorial! One year at school and a child who isn't at all sure when you ask her "Is there a Mrs Webb?" "Err, I can't remember." (Mrs Webb is the TA in her class!)

William spent most of his time in the sling, spotting things that had absolutely no relation to what we were looking for but he didn't care. Back at school William's highlight of the day was the homemade cake that was the reward for finishing the search in the time allowed.
