I managed to get the techie problems of yesterday sorted out myself, but only after calling and emailing the global services desk in the UK who I thought would know more than me and my assistant Google. Wrong! Back in action again!

Bb also picked up our 2nd replacement sun bed and got it installed on our roof terrace. They're matching again!

The patio news is that we now have 2 medium sized banana trees growing and 4 teeny wee ones starting to appear. It seems to be a happy environment out there this summer....but we can't have 6 banana trees!!
