Morning Walk

I began the day with an early walk. So early, it was still misty yet very warm.

I bumped into my ex sister in law's husband along the flight. He has to deliver a eulogy at a close family member's funeral later today and he cannot pull himself together and is scared he will break down.

There should have been a wedding and family holiday in Cornwall last week but the groom was killed by a heart attack a few days before. The holiday went ahead and they had fabulous weather & enjoyed celebrating his memory.

I am still close to my ex sister in law and she has given me all the details for today but I don't plan to go. I think she forgets sometimes that we are two families and not one huge one.

Anyway, I advised Ian to cry if it happens. It is all a bit tragic so I doubt he will be the only one.

LIFE. You never know what it will through at you.
