Four Spotted Chaser.....

on Cross Leaved Heath, hanging on in the strong breeze! Although it was bright and, occasionally sunny, most damselflies and dragonflies were lying low. This chaser blew across very fast but managed to follow it! Later saw a  Hawker really travelling so no hope of a picture. There were some blue damselflies in the heather.
On the loch, the Cygnets have really grown and the Coot and Little Grebe both had young .
