Poppy stars

The garden has taken a bit of a battering from the (very welcome) rain and quite a few of the taller plants are looking less than elegant this evening. However, the seed pods of the opium poppies are still standing proud above an understorey of feverfew. The surviving flowers of day lillies were looking magnificent as well, with their coating of raindrops (see extra photo).
