Veins
Another EB tonight. Today started with heavy rain, which gradually eased to leave a cool, breezy day more reminiscent of October than June. The rain is a blessing, but at the moment the garden just looks battered, with very few pristine flowers. So my quick and easy blip for the day is a leaf of the Plume Poppy, photographed on the Lightpad and processed to emphasis the amazing intricacy of the veins, which are best seen in large against a black background. I also had a play in Photoshop Elements, layering the monochrome image over the original colour and merging them in different ways - this gave me a very different sort of effect (see extra)!
