jet lag and domesticity are my excuses for having zero creative energy. went to the school easter service and rocked up late with two pals, had to buzz to get in to the church only to have the door opened by the tight-lipped headteacher. whoops

at the end of the school day, i was greeted by one child bearing an easter basket holding three chocolate eggs and the other empty handed. all too much for carpetbiter1..

spring has sprung on our street so suddenly everyone has re-emerged from their houses. we all seem to retreat inside after halloween and magically reappear when the clocks change. the kids went feral when we got home and reappeared filthy but happy later.

went out to dinner. didnt realise we werent supposed to take the kids until we got there. whoops.
