Happy birthday E

Today was the first day without S2 (he is away for 2 weeks with work), and it went ok.

The boys and I managed to make it out of the house on time for E's birthday party. Both boys behaved really well, LJ was particularly taken with the builders book and carried the tools around for ages.

After the party we needed home for a quiet afternoon, especially as the weather was horrible and wet.
