Bit of a shock this evening, to discover how rapidly parts of the College's former site at Midmills, in the Crown area of Inverness, is being demolished. The late 1960's or early 70's prefabricated annexe that was A-Block, where I was based for about eight years, has vanished.

After being worn out yesterday evening, felt fine tonight, and had a darned good swimming session too... prior to the ten mile cycle home, loaded with shopping.
