Nameless creek

Well, if it has a name I don't know what it is, and there are no signs to suggest any name. For any locals - it is about 100m down the road from Johnson's Creek - any ideas?

Did a great 5km walk tonight up the Matakitaki west bank and found this wee gem along the way. Amazing what is there that we just don't see as we drive past.

This was taken when it was still daylight but it is so dark in the bush here that I still had to use a 1.6sec exposure and it's still a little too dark.

My new camera arrived today. Muchly excited - battery charging as I write. Now we'll probably have some crap disappointing blips as I learn to use it.
