Oh no, not another Bee blip ...........

.... well tough, it's my first this year. And the lavender I planted three years ago is looking wonderful. So I had to take a few photos, surprisingly I had a choice of which one to blip :) 

I quite understand why lots of people like taking photos of bumblebees, they are fascinating to watch. Busy bees indeed.

Lots of stuff done today at home. We even managed a short bike ride, first of the year for that too

In other news - and I am holding my breath - following the house sparrows usurping the house martin nest and rearing a brood in it, the martins have returned today. The sparrows are collecting nest materials to rear another brood, so this could get interesting.
