Bike Ride

Did a bike ride this morning with my friend Rosie. We cycled to Fambridge. 30k. Not bad for me. I need to get out on my bike now the swim is over as have a London to Southend bike ride in a couple of weeks.
We went to support some other friends who were taking part in a triathlon.
Such a lovely day. Really enjoyed it.
Andy came to pick me up as couldn't face cycling back and I'd have been late home.
Still being spoilt. Had drinks by the pool then crashed out x
