Here's our new kid on the block:  Enrique Tomas, which specialises in Spanish ham (jamon).  It's attracted quite a lot of oohs and aahs as it's known as one of the best ham shops in Barcelona.  It's part of a chain, but the recipe obviously works.  I tested it out today with a mini sandwich of small pieces of ham which are very tasty as they're close to the bone.  I'm no expert, but it was delicious!  If you're interested, my extra shot is a part of their menu which explains the three kinds of ham and the four different flavours.  The Spanish take their ham seriously and this is reflected in the prices - the most expensive I saw here was 25 euros for 100 grammes, so 250 euros a kilo!!   I'm happy that I'm no expert and not tempted!
