Remember the shame. Remember the stigma.

As a kid the old man would revel in walking down the road with a poundies bag and the embarassment it caused us.

Now I'm proud to inform folks "Aye, £2.50 ooty Poundies" or "It was a bargain from Lidls."

Hadn't been in Poundies since they shut the one of Leith Walk that became a Tesco Metro. How shit are Tesco Metros?
