Primary Grocery Store

Lowe's Foods tries to stock as many local food products as they can.  We bought salad dressing today from a lady who took her grandmother's recipe and turned it into tasty variations with natural ingredients.  Another very unique feature of this store is the Beer Den.  They have about 8 beers on draft with samples available at any time they are open.  They also sell a pint of beer from the drafts for $1, so you can have a beer while you shop. I have a small jug from them that I had filled on Saturday after tasting a beer I liked. The draft choices change weekly.  The metal structure in the photo is where people are asked to return the grocery carts without having to walk back into the store.  There are several of these cart-stations throughout the car park (parking lot to me).
