Lucy Ladybird Reserves Her Spot!

Working on the leaves for my new piece, I decided to leave a spot for a ladybird. I really like to include insects on my botanical paintings as I think they can be really fun.

On this one, a design for an engagement card, I have included a small snail too! When it's finished, there will be the big reveal.
