I'm allowed to drive.

I headed to Waitrose fairly early and bumped into several of my friends who swim or train at the Health Club. I hope my physio gives me the all clear to swim when I see her tomorrow.

I loved going round the shop, buying a few bits and pieces, and then driving home. But I was stunned at how shattered I was !!

I had a NADFAS meeting in the afternoon. To be honest, it was hard. But I did it. (As membership secretary I had to go to collect subscriptions, visitors fees, and take the register. An interesting lecture about how the horse has been an important and changing symbol from Stubbs to Damian Hirst.

I didn't fall asleep (as far as I know
