2017 Tuesday -- July 4th Parade

No marching bands, no horses, and the beach was not the focus, but 30,000 people came to cheer this homespun, ragtag, FUN bunch of July 4th paraders in our little coastal town of Cayucos, California.

This is my favorite photo from this morning's parade. Bubbles, balloons, and our American flag! Yes, this photo is quite busy; it does, though, capture the moment quite well. I can hear the roar of the crowd and the laughter of children as they chased bubbles.
